If any feature of this General Appearance and Grooming Standard is nconsistent with country, state or local law (e.g. food handling/preparation positions) or a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), the country, state or local law or CBA provision will supersede this standard. Any attire or appearance deemed inappropriate will not be allowed and you may be asked to change or leave work. While these standards are not all inclusive, if you display an unprofessional appearance, you may be counseled or subject to disciplinary action. If you are uncertain about the appropriateness of your attire, you should bring the item(s) in question to your manager for approval. Management reserves the right to make the final determination on the appropriateness of the style and attire. Exceptions can be made for medical or religious reasons with approval from HR or the GM.
