Order Lead Time
For non-modified standard products, lead time is 7-10 days. However, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. For modified styles, we typically ship in 10 - 14 business days. The shipping method automatically defaults to UPS Ground. Please contact concierge@icouniforms.com for expedited requests
Wardrobe Samples
Samples can be purchased via Westin online stores or through our Order Processing Team at concierge@icouniforms.com. Samples can be returned, within (40) days of purchase, for a full refund. Return/Refund Policy
Return Policy
ICO gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise within (40) days of delivery. Examples of damaged merchandise include, but are not limited to, makeup stains, deodorant stains, heavy perfume scents, etc. Merchandise that is returned to us and is outside of our return policy, will be returned to you at your expense or will be discarded after (7) business days.
Returns may be submitted online using our Online Return Portal. A return label will be provided at the time of the online return request and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the return credit amount. If you elect to return items using your own return label, we recommend using a trackable method as ICO Uniforms is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels when shipping items back to us.
Please note: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are in need of a different size, color, or style altogether, please submit a return and you may place a new order anytime at westin.icouniforms.com.
Can I return embroidered/modified garments?
No. When an item is modified, it becomes customized and cannot be returned to inventory for resale. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for modified garments. Modifications include any type of decoration, alteration or adjustment to a stock garment.
What do I do if I lost my Packing Slip?

When will I receive a refund for returned items?
ICO will issue a refund on sample orders within 5-7 days of receiving the item(s) back in our warehouse. All other returns will be credited in the form of credit on account to be used toward future purchases.
Why have I only received part of my order?
We do our best to make sure our inventory is constantly stocked based on the demand and popularity of our products. Unfortunately, there are exceptional times when certain products are in higher demand than usual due to seasonality etc. and can become unavailable until they arrive at our distribution center. We apologize for any inconveniences when this does happen and assure you that the backorders will ship as soon as they arrive. If you do have an item on backorder and would like to change it to another item or cancel the backorder, please contact our Customer Service via concierge@icouniforms.com | 1-844-341-3423
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we are able to ship internationally. We ship extensively throughout Canada and the Caribbean region. Shipping options and times vary based on location. All shipments are FOB ICO's Distribution Center in Miami, FL 33169. Orders shipping outside the U.S. are subject to duties and taxes imposed by individual countries/government. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure these are settled with the carrier prior to delivery. Please contact concierge@icouniforms.com for additional information.

Why are my pants so long?
Our pants depending on the style are either unhemmed or intentionally long to accommodate all heights and inseam lengths. We have the ability to hem to your preferred inseam for a perfect fit at an added charge. Standard lengths for ladies' pants are Petite 31", Regular 33.5" and Tall 35". Each length has a 1/2" hem/seam allowance
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I wash/care for my apparel?
The better the care, the better the wear. To get the most out of your ICO apparel, follow the care label on the inside of our garments. You can also refer to our informative Garment Care Video
Is your apparel machine-washable?
Most of our clothing is machine washable. Follow the care label on the inside of our garments for best care practices and longevity. You can also refer to our informative Garment Care Video
INSTALLATION AND FITTING SERVICES
ICO has fit lines and samples available which are offered to clients on a select basis. For additional information on fit lines or fitting services please contact ICO by emailing us at: concierge@icouniforms.com
Can I get a turn-key installation, including personal fittings and alterations at my property?
The ICO installation team represents years of experience conducting fittings and altering garments. The ICO team handles every aspect of installing your new uniform program. This option is offered at a fee. This includes such services as receiving of all packages, setting up the fitting and uniform room, fitting and handling all alterations for the staff, and distribution to all associates. It is the responsibility of the installation team to ensure all wardrobe is styled and altered to best represent the brand in the most efficient manner..
Fittings and Installations options
Define the scope of the fitting or project
- Is it for the entire Property at one time or for specific departments?
- How many associates?
- Staffing Guide must be provided
- ICO will offer free fitting services to properties with orders of 25K or more
If you do not know sizes or would like a fitting the following options are available
Option 1: FIT PACK:
Fit Packs (FIT LINES)will be offered for any property wanting to have the associates try on the garments for the correct size and fit
- Fit Packs will be invoiced and will be fully credited upon return to ICO. Must be returned in 40 days in good condition
- Locations will be responsible for freight to their property and return to ICO
Option 2: FITTINGS:
For any property requesting a fitting by ICO personnel:
- A daily rate of $185 for each FIT associate plus transportation. Rooms and meals to be provided by the property
- For any property ordering over $25,000 a free fitting session is offered for two days. Rooms, transportation and meals to be supplied by the property
Option 3: INSTALLATION:
ICO will provide a property with our Installation Services. This is a full service fee based option that includes:
- ICO to conduct pre-installation meeting prior to onsite arrival to review installation services, define ICO/Property requirements, and provide the foundation for a successful installation
- Assist with the receipt and checking in of packages
- Scheduled mandatory onsite Pre-installation meeting with all Managers
- Setting up the installation area
- Full fitting and alterations to the property’s specifications
- Documentation of each associates sizes and garments distributed
- Ordering of additional items while onsite
- Turnover meeting at end of the installation with full documentation
- Installation services proforma
- Copy of Sales Order(s)
- Reconciled Packing Slips
- List of staffing by department
- Sizing Information
- Alteration Information
- Distribution of par level per employee
- Inventory/Return Reports
BSA REQUIREMENTS
Westin’s BSA requirements include the brand approved wardrobe program from ICO Uniforms. Please reference the three department specific questions on the BSA on the Quality MGS Page for additional details.
As of Jan 1st, 2025 – the BSA Pre-Work will require the upload of (3) department specific current ICO Invoice. The invoices must be dated within 90 days. The Auditor will look for pieces by name within the program as well as color palette that is part of the brand approved program. Reference the brand lookbook on either the ICO Order Website or MGS Page for pieces within the approved program.
